ABOUT THE FABRIC
The Fabric is digitally printed with reactive dye and offered on the following bases:
280gsm 95% Cotton/5% Lycra,
240gsm 95% Cotton/5% Lycra,
150gsm 100% cotton woven,
280gsm 95% cotton/5% spandex French Terry,
240gsm 86% polyester 14% spandex Swim-UPF 50+.
240 gsm 95%Rayon from Bamboo/5% Lycra
***batches are sold as gsm specified, however, it may vary due to manufacturing process.

The colours and appearance of the prints may vary depending on the composition of the fabric. The printing of the same print can give a different result depending on the chosen fabric base and it is quite normal.

The colour you see on the screen may also be different from what you will receive since each screen displays different colours and also because several images are digital images and not photos of the actual product.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, sold by the half yard for retail and full yard for preorder unless noted in the listing.

Packages are shipped Expedited via Canada Post and come with $100 insurance.

We offer Lettermail shipping (not tracked or insured) to our Canadian customers at buyers risk.

FLAWS
Customers have 5 days to inspect their fabric after receiving their order
Light/dark specks, spots and marks are all common in the printing process. If you have received flawed fabric, contact PWF before washing and/or cutting. Discounts, refunds, exchanges or credit will not be offered for the following reasons:
- If there is anything within 4 inches of the selvage
- Anything smaller than a quarter.
- 36” before washing
- Anything on the back of the fabric.
-Fabric has been washed or cut

REFUNDS & RETURNS
PWF does not cover any fabric that has been cut and/or sewn. Refund and return eligibility is applicable for 5 days. Please contact the Facebook business page or email pixelweavefabrics@gmail.com if you have an issue. 
PWF does not cover return shipping if you simply changed your mind. If you have changed your mind and decide to return fabric, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping at your expense. If the error is PWF's fault such as incorrect fabric, short cut, missed flaws, then we will cover return shipping of course! If a replacement fabric is not available you will be offered a refund or a different print of your choice.

In the event fabric is returned, it must be returned in its original state.

PREORDERS
Preorders arrive approximately 5-9 weeks after the Pre-Order closes.
If you plan or have ordered from a round it is highly recommended that you follow the album as important updates as they will be posted in the comments.
Invoices are to be paid within 48 hours after the round closes. Failure to do so will result in cancelled invoices. 

By placing a preorder, you agree the following conditions:
To purchase and pay fabric NOT on hand or ready to ship.
Understand that there is a waiting period and agree to this
Will NOT be issued a refund because you feel the wait is too long.
Delays such as re-prints due to flaws or errors, customs, holidays or any circumstances out of our control that may occur and will not be refunded or discounted.
We do our best to provide the continuous cuts requested, although with large cuts over 5 yds, it may not always be possible due to unforeseen flaws in the fabric.
We pride ourselves to be transparent with our customers and will do our very best to make you aware of these circumstances, should they arise, as we become aware of them.

PRE-ORDER PAYMENT PLAN
You will receive an invoice via PayPal. 50% will be due at the time the Pre-Order closes and the remainder can be paid at your leisure over the next 4 weeks.
